Description

The project proposal is focused in two directions:
1. Automation of business processes with artificial intelligence tools - various administrative tasks, processes related to customer service, sales, marketing, human resource management, logistics, etc.It is planned to use artificial intelligence technologies to automate processes, intelligent chatbots, analytical platforms, cloud tools for big data analysis, etc.
2. Developing new healthy products using data from Analyses of food products, food additives, vegetable and animal fats and biologically active substances and consultations regarding their qualification - Research is carried out on the group and individual composition of lipids of plant and animal origin (fatty acids, sterols, phospholipids, tocopherols, etc.).Physicochemical indicators of lipids are determined - acid and peroxide value, moisture, density, refraction, oxidative stability using the Rancimat method, etc. The composition of food products (fats, proteins, carbohydrates, etc.) and their main indicators are examined, according to the requirements of Bulgarian and international standards.
