Description

The project proposal of GLOBAL JOBS Ltd. aims to address key needs for innovative digital transformation and modernization of recruitment processes and customer communication. The company has identified a clear need to optimize and automate the analysis of large volumes of structured and unstructured data, as well as to effectively serve customers and job candidates using advanced technologies. Target groups include employers in Bulgaria seeking qualified personnel and international job candidates from third countries looking for employment opportunities in Bulgaria.

The main objective of the project is the implementation of two strategically selected innovative ICT services: (1) \"Analysis, visualization, and forecasting of data based on various technologies\" (10983-0592-105), which will support decision-making by accurately predicting and analyzing labor market trends, and (2) \"Intelligent customer service using artificial intelligence\" (10062-1188-101), aimed at automating and enhancing communication with clients and candidates through chatbots and personalized algorithms. Expected outcomes include significantly improved efficiency in data processing, faster and more personalized communication, increased customer and candidate satisfaction, and sustainable enhancement of the company's competitiveness. The primary planned activities encompass the deployment of AI-based tools for data analysis, visualization of results, integration of intelligent solutions for automated and personalized customer support, as well as employee training for effective operation with newly introduced technologies and systems.

Услуги за иновации в полза на МСП: Проектът включва внедряване на две услуги: (1) „Анализ, визуализация и прогнозиране на данни базирани на различни технологии“ (10983-0592-105), която ще осигури автоматизиран анализ на големи масиви от структурирани и неструктурирани данни с цел подпомагане на процесите по подбор и управление на персонал и прогнозиране на пазарни тенденции. Услугата включва интерактивни табла и AI-инструменти за стратегически решения. (2) „Интелигентно обслужване на клиенти с изкуствен интелект“ (10062-1188-101), чрез интегриране на чатботове и алгоритми за автоматизиране на комуникацията с работодатели и кандидати.
