This project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy consumption of EMITECH LTD, respectively maintaining its competitiveness, as well as continuing its investment intentions. To implement the set goals and results, an activity is planned to build a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP). To achieve the best possible results, the identified needs and requirements of EMITECH LTD, as well as the objectives of this procedure, were the guiding factors in the selection of the activity. The activity has been selected so as to ensure the achievement of the goals, results and indicators set in the project, respectively to contribute to achieving the objectives of the procedure: BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027. High electricity costs and strong dependence on external energy supplies have a direct impact on the cost of production and limit the competitiveness of the company in the market. The installation of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for own consumption is aimed at reducing dependence on the external grid and improving the energy efficiency of the company. As a result of the project implementation, we will achieve the following results: - improving the energy efficiency of the company; - increasing the share of energy from renewable sources for own consumption; - improving the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the company.
