In this regard, Yurievo EOOD plans to implement an investment aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and energy independence of the establishment by installing a photovoltaic system. In this regard, Yurievo EOOD plans to implement an investment aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and energy independence of the facility by building a photovoltaic power plant with energy storage batteries and installing two heat pump systems – one for the restaurant area and one for the kitchen. Main components of the project: A 40 kWp photovoltaic system designed to cover the establishment's own needs Energy storage batteries that will ensure balanced consumption and independence during peak loads Heat pump for the restaurant area – for heating, cooling, and maintaining a comfortable environment for customers Heat pump for the kitchen – for effective temperature control and improvement of the working environment for staff Expected effects: Reduction of annual electricity consumption by over 60% Lower operating costs and increased profitability Improved microclimate and working conditions for employees A preliminary energy analysis shows that a 40 kWp photovoltaic system, combined with batteries, will cover between 70% and 80% of the site's annual electricity consumption. Heat pump systems will replace outdated and inefficient heating and cooling equipment, further reducing energy losses and improving the company's environmental and energy efficiency profile.
