The project aims to improve energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy sources in the apartment complex managed by the company. The high electricity costs related to air conditioning, heating, and ventilation represent a key factor limiting the company’s sustainable development and competitiveness. The need addressed by the project is to reduce energy dependence and electricity costs, as well as to introduce environmentally friendly solutions that contribute to lower carbon emissions and higher energy efficiency. The main objective of the project is to enhance the energy efficiency of the complex and achieve a higher degree of energy independence through the implementation of systems for the generation and efficient utilization of renewable energy. Specific objectives: - Construction of two photovoltaic power plants (PV systems) with a total installed capacity of 20 kWp (12 kWp and 8 kWp), ensuring self-production of electricity from solar energy; - Supply and installation of one heat recovery unit for heating, ventilation and cooling (air-to-air) and two air-to-air heat pumps with a high coefficient of performance, which will reduce energy consumption and improve the indoor climate conditions; - Reduction of the overall energy consumption and the company’s carbon footprint; - Enhancement of the sustainability and environmental image of the tourist facility. Expected results: - Reduction of annual electricity consumption and operational costs; - Decrease in greenhouse gas emissions; - Improved comfort and indoor environment for guests and staff; - Long-term improvement of the company’s competitiveness and sustainability. Main activities: Delivery, installation, and commissioning of two photovoltaic systems; Procurement and installation of one heat recovery unit and two heat pumps; Technical testing and commissioning of the equipment for regular operation.
