"Monides" Ltd. was established in 2013. The company is engaged in hotel services, managing Hotel & SPA Terma, Yagoda village. The current project proposal is aimed at a service in "Monides" Ltd., aimed at KID: 55.10 Hotels and similar places of accommodation. The company intends to invest in a heat pump for the hotel and replace the old window frames with aluminum ones. The installation of a heat pump in the hotel complex "Hotel & SPA Terma", Yagoda village, will increase energy efficiency by reducing heating and cooling costs, using renewable energy sources. The system will provide stable comfort for guests, reduce carbon emissions and improve the energy performance of the building. Replacing the old window frames with new aluminum ones, meeting modern energy efficiency requirements, is a necessary measure to limit heat losses and improve the energy performance of the building, reduce energy consumption and operating costs and increase internal comfort and noise insulation. The expected results of the project include a significant reduction in the carbon footprint, higher resource efficiency and contribution to achieving sustainable growth. Along with the environmental benefits, the project will also lead to an economic effect – lower operating costs, higher predictability of energy costs and increased competitiveness of the company in the market. In the long term, the project will contribute to strengthening the energy independence of Monides OOD, will support the achievement of national and European goals for energy efficiency and climate neutrality and will establish the company as a responsible and sustainable business, implementing innovative solutions in the field of energy management. The financial assistance will allow the implementation of an effective and long-term solution to reduce energy losses and increase the sustainability of the site.
