Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

The project aims to increase the share of renewable energy used in the operations of FORS-81 Ltd. by installing a 215 kWh battery energy storage system (BESS).
The battery will store surplus electricity generated by the company’s existing photovoltaic (PV) plant, improving the energy mix in favor of "green" energy and allowing optimal self-consumption of solar power and reducing dependence on the public grid.
This investment will improve energy efficiency, lower electricity costs and carbon footprint, and ensure greater stability and reliability of the enterprise’s energy supply.
