The project aims to improve the energy efficiency and energy independence of the applicant’s production facility by insulating the building envelope and constructing a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for self-consumption. The need arises from high energy costs, significant heat losses through facades, roof, and openings, as well as the necessity for more reliable and predictable energy supply amid rising prices and decarbonization requirements. The target groups of the project are the employees, whose working conditions will be improved, and the local community, due to lower emissions. Main objectives: - Reduce energy consumption through high-quality insulation with sandwich panels and energy-efficient enclosure elements for openings. - Produce clean electricity on-site and increase self-sufficiency through a PVPP. - Improve the microclimate and reduce operating costs. Expected results from the project implementation: 1. Significant reduction of heat losses and heating/cooling costs; 2. Partial coverage of own electricity consumption from renewable sources, reduced CO₂ emissions, and a lower carbon footprint; 3. Increased competitiveness and operational sustainability. Main activities: - Supply and installation of sandwich panels; - Construction of a rooftop PVPP for self-consumption.
