Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

The project is aimed at meeting the new challenges associated with the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing work patterns. The circular model is a way to create and retain value in the economy by improving resource efficiency, extending the useful life of products and materials and implementing more sustainable methods of delivering quality in the enterprise. The company's project is based on an approach to using resources, producing products and providing maximum customer satisfaction while minimizing waste generation, ensuring the extension of the product life cycle, contributing to the restoration of natural systems by limiting the amount of waste and excessive use of resources in the company. The planned activities will contribute to improving the production cycle in the enterprise, which is a key element in achieving improvements in the standards for the highest quality products sold on the Bulgarian and European markets by optimizing electricity costs in the enterprise. For the project's purpose, the candidate envisages the installation of a photovoltaic system with a total capacity of 30 kWp, intended for the production of electricity from a renewable source – solar energy. The plant will be built on a rooftop structure and will include high-efficiency solar panels, inverters, and a monitoring system. The electricity generated will be used entirely for own consumption.
The duration of the project is 9 months. The budget of the requested grant is BGN 53,179.82. The applicant GEOMAR-TRADE OOD bears full responsibility for the proper implementation of the activities and for the legal expenditure of the costs.
