The project proposal of Heros Fashion Ltd. is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency and sustainability through investments in energy-efficient measures — installation of external wall thermal insulation and replacement of the existing window frames with new high-performance ones. The building where the company’s activities are carried out was constructed more than two decades ago and does not meet modern energy standards. The absence of thermal insulation and the outdated window joinery result in significant heat losses, high heating and cooling costs, and an increased carbon footprint. This directly affects the cost of production and the company’s competitiveness on international markets. The implementation of the planned investments will lead to a substantial reduction in energy consumption, optimization of current electricity costs, and enhancement of the enterprise’s energy independence and competitiveness. At the same time, the project will contribute to reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing energy use, and supporting the transition toward climate neutrality in line with EU objectives. The project proposal of Heros Fashion Ltd. makes a direct contribution to achieving the national goals for energy savings and economic decarbonization through sustainable solutions that comply with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle. It is also aligned with the principles of sustainable development through resource optimization, waste reduction, and the adoption of energy-efficient technologies. All activities will be implemented in accordance with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, ensuring gender equality, non-discrimination, and accessibility for persons with disabilities.
