Description

The project proposal envisages the increasing energy efficiency and the share of energy from renewable sources in the activities of the company, thereby accelerating the private sector's transition to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing renewable energy in the energy mix of enterprises.
As part of the project, an energy-efficient insulation system on a roof of a production building, which will reduce the carbon footprint. Through this system, consisting of sandwich panels for the roof, the company's energy consumption will be improved, both during the winter and summer season. Energy-efficient thermal insulation on roof reduces heat loss from the roof structure and ensures a better microclimate in the building. Energy efficient roof insulation also provides a better level of temperature range for the work inside the building itself. A better working environment provides a better work process.
The project proposal is in line with the objectives of the "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" procedure, since the implementation of specific measures in the field of energy transition is important not only from the point of view of preventing climate change, but also in order to reduce the country's vulnerability to fluctuations in fossil fuel prices. In this regard, the implementation of investments aimed at increasing energy efficiency and the increasing penetration of renewable energy technologies in the enterprise becomes a mandatory factor on the path to its sustainable development.
The investments under this project proposal comply with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment.
