Description

The project of ALIGERI-SS EOOD envisages the construction and commissioning of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with 60 kW output (nominal) active power of the inverters for own consumption in the Fantastic restaurant, Silistra. The solution includes the design, delivery, installation, configuration, and testing of the system, together with all necessary structures, electrical equipment, protective and measuring elements, commissioning, and staff training. The installation is located on the existing roof without changing the main purpose of the building.

The technical configuration is tailored to the load profile of a HoReCa facility with long operating hours and constant refrigeration loads. The expected annual production is about 66 MWh, with the battery allowing load shifting and covering lunch/dinner peaks, aiming for a high share of self-consumption and reducing grid purchases without changing the quality of service. Energy monitoring and optimization of charge/discharge modes are planned to maintain a high performance ratio and minimize downtime.

The project contributes to a reduction in emissions of approximately 31 tCO₂/year, increases the predictability of energy costs, and mitigates exposure to price volatility, thereby helping to maintain price levels for customers and the competitiveness of the company. Given the company's recent significant investments in the repair, refurbishment, and equipment of the site, the grant support is a key tool for the simultaneous implementation of the complex RES solution without additional debt.

The project is fully in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and PKIP 2021–2027, aimed at increasing the share of energy from RES for own consumption, reducing energy intensity, and improving environmental performance.
