The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption at the production facility of “ITRANS” Ltd., located in the town of Dupnitsa. The plant will be equipped with photovoltaic panels and inverters with a total installed capacity of 200 kW and will be mounted on the rooftops of the company’s production buildings. The selected technology will ensure high efficiency and reliable operation, while the generated electricity will be used entirely for the company’s own needs. The investment will enable the enterprise to cover a significant share of its daytime electricity consumption through solar energy, reduce its electricity costs and dependence on external suppliers, and improve its overall energy efficiency. The implementation of the project will contribute to achieving the objectives of the “Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises” Programme in the field of sustainable energy transition and the reduction of carbon emissions in industrial production.
