Description

"ASASHI ELECTRIC" Ltd. is a company whose main activity is the construction of electrical installations. The work requires a high degree of precision and a suitable microclimate in the premises where assembly and preparation activities are carried out. Currently, the building used by the company has an outdated facade and lacks effective thermal insulation. This leads to heat losses and increased energy consumption; high operating costs; unfavorable internal microclimate; increased carbon footprint and negative impact on the environment.
In the current conditions of rising energy prices and increased environmental standards, the modernization of the building stock and the transition to energy efficiency and renewable energy are vital for maintaining sustainability and competitiveness.
The need for support under the procedure arises from the need for the company to make investments that will not only reduce energy costs, but also lead to improved working conditions, the quality of the services offered and the long-term stability of the company.
The main need is to reduce energy costs and increase energy efficiency in the company's production facility, where electrical equipment is installed and prepared. The building has an outdated facade and joinery, which leads to significant heat losses and high energy consumption.
The main target group is the staff of "ASASHI ELECTRIC" Ltd., whose working environment will be improved through the modernization.
Main activities:
- Installation of thermal insulation systems from sandwich panels for external walls and ceilings;
- Installation of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own electricity consumption.
Expected results:
- Reduction of energy consumption and costs for electricity and heating
- Improvement of the energy performance of the building
- Reduction of the carbon footprint and contribution to sustainable development
- Improvement of working conditions and competitiveness of the enterprise.
