Description

DULBOKOVI-2008 EOOD is a company based in Tutrakan, which operates under code 56.10 “Activities of restaurants and fast food establishments.” The company operates the “Khan Dlbok” restaurant, located in the “Basha” area, near the Danube River. The restaurant's activities involve significant energy needs – lighting, heating, and cooling of the dining area, operation of refrigeration and kitchen equipment, and maintaining a comfortable environment for customers. These processes require a continuous power supply and result in significant electricity costs, which makes the business dependent on external suppliers and exposes it to challenges arising from fluctuations in energy prices.
Currently, the company has a 50 kW photovoltaic power plant, which partially covers the site's own energy needs. Within the framework of the project, DULBOKOVI-2008 EOOD plans to make additional investments aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company, namely: construction of a new 50 kW photovoltaic system, installation of an energy storage system (battery) with a capacity of 96 kWh, and thermal insulation of the roof structure with 107 sq. m of sandwich panels.
The implementation of the project will enable DULBOKOVI-2008 EOOD to secure a significant part of its energy needs through a renewable source, reduce its operating costs, optimize its internal energy balance, and increase its competitiveness through sustainable and environmentally friendly resource management.
