The project proposal aims to increase energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of Grain Hill Ltd., operating in the city of Stara Zagora, by implementing modern, energy-saving technologies. The planned investment covers a complete modernization of the heating, ventilation and insulation system of the site, including the following main activities: • Installation of air-to-air heat pumps: Replacing the existing conventional heating system with highly efficient air-to-air heat pumps. These heat pumps will provide efficient and environmentally friendly heating and cooling throughout the year. • Installation of recuperative ventilation systems: Installing recuperative heating, ventilation and cooling units with a capacity of 1000 cubic meters per hour. These systems will ensure a constant flow of fresh air, while reducing heat loss and improving indoor air quality. • Roof insulation: Laying a thermal insulation system of sandwich panels on the roof of the building. This will reduce heat loss through the roof and contribute to a more stable temperature in the rooms. • Replacement of window frames: Replacing existing windows and doors with new, energy-efficient transparent building envelopes. This will reduce heat loss through windows and doors and improve the aesthetic appearance of the building. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs, improved comfort for customers and employees, and a reduction in the carbon footprint of the enterprise. The project is expected to contribute to establishing the hotel as an environmentally responsible and preferred destination, offering high-quality services in a sustainable environment. In addition, the project will have a positive impact on the local economy by creating new jobs during implementation and afterwards.
