The project of PERNIK LAN LTD aims to develop a specialized innovative ERP- system for Internet service providers (ISPs). This innovative system is designed to provide significant improvements in the management of ISP resources, significantly differentiating itself from existing products. The project emphasizes the importance of implementing modern ERP- systems tailored to the unique requirements of this industry, offering more efficiency and specialization compared to generic ERP- solutions.
Based on this need, a comprehensive comparative analysis is conducted with three other specialized ERP systems used in Bulgaria and other countries. The results show that our system offers substantial innovations, novelties, and advantages in terms of integration, monitoring of network activity, management of customer relationships, payment automation, and warehouse logistics.
The innovation in this project falls under the 'ICT-based services and systems' part of the sub-area of „ICT-based services and systems; ICT approaches in engineering, medicine, and creative industries, as well as recreational industries, circular and bio-based economy, tourism (in connection with other thematic areas), including digitization of cultural and historical heritage, entertainment and educational games, telemedicine and telecare, and "embedded technologies" in the thematic area of RIS 3 2021-2027 "Informatics and ICT" .
The innovation development will start at TRL3 and reach TRL7 with a prototype demonstration in an operational environment. Plans are justified for widespread implementation of the results through conferences, publications and other appropriate means, as well as market applicability analysis and market implementation strategy, ensuring successful introduction and commercialization of the product.

Създаване и тестване на прототипи и пилотни линии, свързани с разработването на продуктова (стока или услуга) или производствена иновация, в случая на прототип, демонстриран в операционна среда, на разработваната специализирана иновационна система за Доставчици на интернет услуги.: За изпълнение на необходимите действия по разработване на частта от иновацията, попадаща в ДЕЙНОСТ 2, ще бъде нает квалифициран персонал за извършване на програмиране, тестване и за онлайн и офлайн демонстриране пред заинтересовани доставчици на интернет услуги на прототипа на разработваната система в реална операционна среда на функционирането му в Перник Лан и в други избрани доставчици на интернет услуги..
За изпълнение на посочените дейности ще бъде използвано собствено оборудване, за амортизацията на което няма да се иска съфиннасиране по линията на настоящата процедура.
