Description

The project proposal of ECOINVEST Ltd. aims to enhance the company’s energy efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness through the construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 200 kWp for the generation of electricity from renewable sources. The investment will be implemented at the company’s production facility in Pazardzhik, where its main activity — the manufacture of polymers in primary forms (NACE 20.16) — is carried out.

The project seeks to reduce the company’s energy dependence on external suppliers and to optimize electricity costs, which represent a significant share of its operational expenses. By implementing its own renewable energy system, ECOINVEST Ltd. will be able to cover a substantial portion of its energy consumption, ensuring more efficient and sustainable production processes.

The investment will contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions and the company’s environmental footprint, establishing a greener and more energy-efficient production model. In addition to its economic benefits, the project will generate positive environmental and social impacts, fostering sustainable regional development and responsible resource management.

The proposal is fully aligned with the objectives of Procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Support for Energy Efficiency in Enterprises” and the priorities of the Programme “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” 2021–2027, which promote the transition towards a circular and low-carbon economy. Through its implementation, ECOINVEST Ltd. will strengthen its position as a modern, innovative, and environmentally responsible company that integrates sustainable solutions into its production processes.
