“DEBOS” Ltd. is a small enterprise, engaged in the production of protective roller shutters, slats for roller shutters, doors, and joinery. The company operates its own manufacturing facility in the village of Rogosh, where all stages of production are carried out – from material preparation to final assembly and dispatch of the finished products. The project proposal of “DEBOS” Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of production processes and reduce electricity costs through the implementation of modern energy-saving technologies. The current project foresees the replacement of existing equipment and lighting systems with energy-efficient solutions, including: Supply and installation of an air compressor system with air tanks and inverter control, equipped with an air dryer and a main motor with a nominal power of 18.5 kW; Replacement of existing lighting fixtures with 51 energy-efficient linear LED luminaires. The implementation of the project will contribute to reducing energy consumption, optimizing production processes, and lowering the company’s carbon footprint. The expected savings will have a direct positive impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise, while simultaneously improving the working environment and ensuring sustainable development in line with the principles of the circular and green economy.
