This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "TIFANEL" Ltd. by supporting the implementation of energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "TIFANEL" Ltd. manages its own Modern Restaurant "5 M" in the town of Bansko, at 49 Pirin Street. The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing restaurant services. The modern restaurant "5 M" has 100 seats indoors and outdoors and offers a high-quality culinary experience combined with a cozy and modern atmosphere and high quality service. A distinctive feature in the functioning of the Modern Restaurant "5 M" in the town of Bansko of "TIFANEL" Ltd. is the high energy intensity of the restaurant services provided, related to the need for a significant amount of energy for heating the premises, for thermal and refrigeration processing of food and for additional activities of the complex. At the moment, "TIFANEL" Ltd. cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of innovative energy-efficient equipment, as well as from the construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant /PVPP/ for own needs with a capacity of 19.62 kW (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "TIFANEL" Ltd., reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
