The project proposal of ROSOF OOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise and integrating solutions for the use of energy from renewable sources, in accordance with modern standards for sustainable development in the industry. The company has an established presence in the manufacturing and trade sector, continuously investing in technological innovations and optimization of its production processes, in order to increase competitiveness and reduce operating costs. It is planned to build a photovoltaic power plant with an inverter capacity of 40 kW, which will ensure partial satisfaction of the energy needs of the enterprise from its own renewable electricity, thus reducing dependence on the grid supply and optimizing electricity costs. In order to improve the heating and cooling installations, the project includes the installation of an air-to-water heat pump with a capacity of 51 kW, which will provide efficient and economical heating and cooling of the production and administrative premises. This modern system will allow for a significant reduction in energy consumption and related costs, while at the same time reducing the company's carbon footprint. The project also provides for the installation of three sectional doors with a total area of 22 sq.m., which will limit heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of building structures. This measure will contribute to the optimization of the internal microclimate, increase employee comfort and provide more stable conditions for production processes. The implementation of the project will have a significant impact on the financial efficiency of the company by reducing electricity and heating costs, while simultaneously supporting sustainable development and demonstrating ROSOF OOD's commitment to innovation and environmentally responsible resource management.
