The project proposal of “RVS ENGINEERING” Ltd. is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency through the installation of a thermal insulation system made of sandwich panels for the roof with a total area of 1,050 sq.m at the warehouse facility supporting its main activity under NACE 42.22 – Construction of transmission and distribution power lines and telecommunications networks. The warehouse is a key element of the company’s logistics infrastructure, where materials, cables, equipment, and tools necessary for daily construction and installation works are stored. The lack of adequate roof insulation leads to significant heat losses during winter, overheating in summer, risk of condensation and moisture, and consequently high electricity costs. The planned investment in a roof thermal insulation system made of sandwich panels will improve the thermal performance of the building, reduce heat losses, and increase the building’s energy stability and operational reliability, while providing better conditions for material storage and staff safety. The sandwich panel system will ensure high thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and durability against atmospheric influences, while extending the service life of the roof structure. The implementation of the project will result in reduced energy intensity, optimized electricity costs, and enhanced competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as a lower carbon footprint in line with the principles of the Green Transition and sustainable development. The investment will ensure efficient, economically justified, and environmentally sustainable operation of the company, supporting its contribution to energy-efficient and low-carbon growth in the construction sector.
