The project envisages carrying out experimental development with the aim of creating a prototype of an Intelligent client-server based system for monitoring oil slicks with HOT (HydroOil Tech) sensors, which will lead to the prevention of oil spills and environmental protection. The wide applicability of oil skimmers requires achieving high quality and reliability of process monitoring. The project is in the company's vision to develop systems and products that purify and protect the environment from pollution with a broad ecological focus. A WWTP will be used to contain oils and other liquid wastes that collect in wastewater before it enters the sewer system or water resources. A grease trap is made up of special compartments that allow the grease to separate from the water and be retained before the clean water continues to the sewer system or other treatment location. Monitoring sensors will be built into the PTO, which will be connected to a monitoring or control system that will transmit oil level information to operators through various methods. Such devices are particularly useful for automatically controlling the oil discharge process and for preventing oil from being overloaded or spilled into the environment.
The development will lead to increased efficiency in preventing oil spills throughout the road network and the surrounding environment. Proper management of waste oils not only prevents potential pollution, but also helps preserve natural resources and maintain sustainable development.
The project falls into the priority thematic area Clean technologies, circular and low-carbon economy - Waste-free technologies and methods for incorporating waste products and materials from production into other productions and services.
