PAK – 1 Ltd. is an enterprise operating under NACE 22.23 – Manufacture of builders’ ware of plastic. The company has many years of experience in the sector and an established market presence. The enterprise applies an integrated management system, certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ensuring high standards in the organization of production, management, and environmental processes. With this project proposal, the enterprise aims to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of its production activities through the implementation of modern technical solutions for optimizing energy consumption. The following measures will be introduced: - energy-efficient transparent enclosing structures (with aluminum frames) – 62 sq.m; - thermal insulation systems – roof sandwich panels – 504 sq.m. All activities and investments will be implemented in full compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, and the project fully meets the mandatory minimum technical parameters set under the current procedure. The planned investment will lead to a real reduction in energy consumption from conventional sources, a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and an increase in the company’s competitiveness through more efficient use of resources. The project will have a positive environmental, economic, and social impact. The project activities fully comply with the horizontal principles defined in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 – gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. The project also fully adheres to the “do no significant harm” principle, as it does not envisage any activities that would have a negative impact on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
