The project of "TAL ENGINEERING" EOOD envisages the integration of an energy storage system (batteries) to an existing photovoltaic power plant (PPP) of the enterprise in the village of Kazichene, Industrial Zone "Kazichene-West". The investment includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of: -Battery modules type X-BESS 1000-2H with a total installed capacity of 1 MWh; -Inverter units and transformer substations 16×630 kVA, 0.4/0.4 kV; -BMS and HVAC systems for control, safety and optimal management; -Integrated EMS system for charge and discharge management, monitoring and remote control of PV and SSE. The project aims to ensure more efficient use of the electricity produced by the PV for own consumption, reduction of peak loads and electricity costs, as well as greater energy independence of the enterprise. The investment is in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", as it is implemented in existing infrastructure and does not include new construction.
