The project proposal of "ROOF COMPANY PRO" Ltd aims to increase energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of the enterprise by implementing modern technologies for the production and consumption of energy from renewable sources. The enterprise operates in the field of metalworking and the manufacture of metal structures, roofing systems and sheet metal products. The production base is located in the Dimoska Bara area, property with identifier 44063.6216.3426 under the CC and KR of the village of Lozen, Pancharevo district, Stolichna municipality, where the processes are energy-intensive and associated with high electricity costs. The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 37 kWp, combined with an energy storage system (battery), which will provide electricity for own consumption and reduce dependence on the grid. It is also planned to install a 16 kW air-to-water heat pump for efficient heating and cooling of the premises, as well as replace the roof insulation with new sandwich panels with an area of 400 sq m, which will reduce heat losses. By implementing the project, a significant reduction in external electricity consumption is expected, a significant increase in the energy efficiency of the building and a reduction in CO₂ emissions by about 40 tons per year. The investment will improve the competitiveness, financial results and sustainability of the enterprise, while at the same time creating better working conditions and contributing to achieving the national and European goals for the transition to a low-carbon economy. The project represents a strategic step towards modern, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production, ensuring long-term energy independence of "ROOF COMPANY PRO" Ltd .
