Avinera Ltd. was registered in 2014. It carries out its activities under code 43.39 of the CIA 2008 "Other finishing construction activities" in construction of residential buildings, including electrical and plumbing systems. A major problem of Avinera is the high energy consumption for production activities. Therefore, the management's policy is to implement investment projects for the acquisition of energy-efficient equipment through the "Enterprise Competitiveness" Program. This project aims to overcome the "bottlenecks" of energy efficiency of the equipment. Object of investment is the equipment in the workshop for the production of filters and prefabricated plumbing systems, in the shop and warehouses attached to it. The purpose of the project proposal is to justify and select appropriate equipment to increase the company's energy efficiency based on technical criteria and financial feasibility constraints.The project consists of an analysis of energy efficiency bottlenecks and the list of technical assets for achieving energy efficiency under procedure "BG16RFPR001-2.004". The equipment planned in the project includes: compressors with receivers, air dryers, a ventilation system with recuperators, heat pumps and a centralized control system and is expected to achieve the highest increase in energy efficiency, in accordance with the optimal cost of financial resources. Also necessary for security is the purchase of outdoor lighting for the facade of the workshop and the warehouse. Following the successful implementation of this project proposal financed under the procedure, the management intends to develop a subsequent project for the supply and installation of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PhPP). For this purpose a transformer station is currently under construction to connect the PhPP with ERP-North of the Energo-Pro Group. Through a future FtPP, it is expected to achieve the maximum level of energy efficiency of the enterprise in the future.
