Description

The project proposal by Agritop Ltd. is aimed at significantly improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company's production and administrative activities. The investment will be carried out at the company's base located in Dolni Dubnik, Pleven region, marking a strategic step towards better resource efficiency and cost optimization.

The project includes key measures for energy efficiency, as part of the program for sustainable development and reduction of the carbon footprint. An application is made for funding to install energy-efficient wall and ceiling insulation systems for the existing facilities, which will help reduce heat losses and improve the working environment comfort.

In addition, energy-saving lighting will be installed, which will significantly reduce electricity costs while enhancing the quality of illumination in workplaces and administrative areas.

A key role in the project are the new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, which will be purchased and implemented. They include a heat pump, chiller, and recuperative unit, aimed at providing optimal conditions throughout the seasons. These systems will enable effective management of temperature and ventilation, reducing reliance on external energy sources and improving the energy balance of the company.

By implementing these measures, Agritop Ltd. aims not only to lower current energy expenses but also to increase energy independence and sustainability, strengthening its long-term development and market competitiveness. The project will also serve as a demonstration of synergy between economic efficiency and ecological responsibility, addressing the requirements for a green and sustainable enterprise.
