The building is characterized by a lack of thermal insulation and poor energy performance. The project provides for thermal insulation of all external surfaces of the building and replacement of lighting fixtures in order to improve energy efficiency. The project will satisfy the urgent need of "Alkominvest" EOOD by: Reduction of energy costs: the investment will significantly reduce heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer. Reduced energy costs for lighting by 90%. Improvement of the working environment: More comfortable and stable microclimate in the production and storage premises.
