The present project proposal by “Julianni” Ltd. under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Enterprises” aims to increase the company’s energy efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint through the implementation of innovative and sustainable technological solutions. Within the project, it is planned to introduce heat pump systems for heating and cooling, recuperative units for ventilation and waste heat recovery, replacement of outdated lighting with energy-saving LED fixtures, as well as the installation of energy-efficient insulation systems in one of the company’s buildings located on Georgi Benkovski Street, Sofia. These investments will lead to reduced energy consumption, improved indoor comfort, and a significant decrease in energy costs. The expected results include more than 30% reduction in total energy consumption and at least 20% reduction in CO₂ emissions. The project will contribute to improving production efficiency, operational sustainability, and the overall competitiveness of “Julianni” Ltd. The initiative is fully aligned with the objectives of the procedure and with the priorities of the European Union for promoting the green transition, reducing energy intensity, and increasing the share of renewable energy in the economy. Upon completion of the project, the company will implement an internal policy for energy efficiency management and maintenance of the introduced systems, ensuring long-term sustainability of the achieved results.
