Description

NP GROUP Ltd. is an enterprise whose main economic activity is classified under NACE Code 55.10 – Hotels and similar accommodation. The company has an established presence in the tourism sector and provides high-quality accommodation and leisure services. The present project proposal is aimed at improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the tourist infrastructure used within the company’s operations.
The project foresees the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PV system) with an installed capacity of 20 kW for own consumption, as well as the implementation of a chiller system (unit with air-cooled condenser) with a capacity of 65 kW, designed to enhance the energy efficiency of the building’s air conditioning systems.
All activities will be implemented in full compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, covering entirely the minimum technical parameters set under the current procedure.

The planned investment will result in a tangible reduction in energy consumption from conventional sources, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and an increase in the company’s competitiveness through more efficient use of resources. The project will generate positive environmental, economic, and social effects.
The project activities fully comply with the horizontal principles established in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060, promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the project strictly adheres to the “do no significant harm” principle, as it does not include activities that could have a negative impact on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
