The current project proposal of "TIMEX-BG" Ltd. is developed in response to the growing need to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs arising from the high energy intensity of the building stock. As an enterprise with 30 years of experience in the information technology sector, our activities are concentrated in office spaces that require year-round heating and cooling to ensure an optimal working environment for employees and the proper functioning of specialized equipment. Current energy costs represent a significant burden on the company's budget and limit its competitiveness. The project's goal is to optimize energy consumption and reduce the carbon footprint by implementing modern energy-saving technologies. The main activities include the purchase and commissioning of three high-efficiency air-to-water heat pumps at two of our key business addresses. The expected results are directly related to achieving significant energy savings, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and sustainably improving the competitiveness of "TIMEX-BG" Ltd. The project will contribute to the procedure's objectives by stimulating private investments that complement public support and by promoting the transition to a climate-neutral economy, supporting the company as a representative of the target group – small and medium-sized enterprises in the country.
