"S.B. Royal Hotels" EOOD is a company operating in the field of tourism and hospitality, owner of Imperial Palace, a four-star hotel in Sunny Beach resort. The hotel offers a full range of services - accommodation, restaurant, SPA center and conference rooms, striving to maintain high standards of energy efficiency and comfort for guests. The main activity code of the company's activity in 55.10 Hotels and similar accommodation facilities After an energy audit, the company developed a program for sustainable energy resource management, which provides for the replacement of outdated and inefficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Within the framework of this project, it is planned: • Purchase and installation of 12 heat pumps with a total heat capacity of 222 kW for air conditioning of the restaurant, which will replace the existing outdated, highly energy-intensive and inefficient system; • Installation of a new air conditioning chamber with a nominal flow rate of 6,000 m³/hour, intended for the swimming pool in hotel's SPA center, which will provide heating, cooling, ventilation and humidity control in the premises. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in energy consumption, an increase in the efficiency of air conditioning and an improvement in the microclimate, while at the same time providing higher comfort for guests and staff. The project is part of the company's overall strategy for energy efficiency and sustainable tourism, in accordance with the objectives of Procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises".
