GARANT STROY Ltd. operates under NACE code 41.20 – Construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Improving the energy efficiency of the production base will create a more favorable working environment and increase productivity in the execution of construction activities. In addition, it will help reduce operating costs and sustainably enhance the company’s competitiveness in the construction market. Within the framework of the project, GARANT STROY Ltd. plans to implement investments aimed at improving the energy efficiency of its production facilities and creating better conditions for sustainable business development. The main investment involves carrying out construction and installation works to improve the building envelope, with the goal of reducing heat losses, increasing comfort, and lowering heating and cooling costs. The following specific measures will be implemented as part of the project: - installation of PVC window frames – 13.5 sq.m.; - installation of sectional doors – 41 sq.m.; - installation of an aluminum door – 1.6 sq.m.; - roof insulation with sandwich panels – 585 sq.m.; - wall insulation with sandwich panels – 380 sq.m. These activities will lead to a significant improvement in the building’s thermal performance, reduce energy losses, and optimize overall energy consumption. Furthermore, the indoor microclimate will be improved, enhancing the efficiency and safety of the working environment. The implementation of the project will result in a reduction of the company’s energy intensity, a decrease in its carbon footprint, and a substantial optimization of production costs. The measures are fully consistent with national and European policies on energy efficiency and sustainable development.
