DD Ltd. is a microenterprise, registered and operating since 1996 in the territory of Lovech district and the country. Its main activity is the NACE code 71.12 and is carried out in the development of engineering and other projects, construction supervision, cadastral services and geodetic activities. Main contractors are numerous municipalities, government agencies and ministries and private companies. It fulfills orders under the Public Procurement Act from municipalities and ministries and is a long-term counterparty of some of the largest local and foreign companies such as Elatsite Med AD, TITAN Zlatna Panega Cement AD, Aurubis Bulgaria AD, SGS Bulgaria, United Property Group Ltd. Under the project, we are applying for support for an additional activity - Tourist and other short-term accommodation with KID 55.20. We are carrying out this activity in the village of Glozhene, Teteven municipality, at two addresses, which is why we have also declared two separate locations for the implementation of the project activities. There are three guest houses at one address, and only one at the other, all of which are owned by the company. All houses need to improve their energy efficiency, as so far we do not have a comprehensive solution for them to provide year-round effective cooling, heating and hot water. We plan to invest in a total of 2 heat pumps one for each address and in the construction of two photovoltaic power plants - one for each address. From the list of eligible assets, we have selected those that cover the needs of the specific sites according to the estimated consumption. Support for energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources will help DD OOD maintain its competitiveness, increase revenues from the supported activity, and continue with its investment intentions.
