"HERCU EXPORT Ltd is one of the world's top ten manufacturers of forklift trucks and electric forklift trucks from 1.4 tonnes to 65 tonnes, tailored to each customer's requirements. The company provides full after-sales service, lease sales, spare parts for manufactured machines and replacement - old for new. "Hercu Export Ltd. is the first private forklift and electric truck manufacturer in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe, founded in 1991 in Plovdiv. This project proposal is part of the company's strategy to increase the innovation activity of "Hercu Export" Ltd. Within the framework of the initiative undertaken, the management plans to improve the production of its business site located in the town of. Plovdiv, through the implementation of product innovation. The innovation to be implemented falls entirely within the area of ISIS in the South Central region, namely Mechatronics and Clean Technologies. Within a period of 15 months, the management of the company is committed to implement the innovative product in its production, namely 4 new designs of forklift trucks that will be a major change to the products of the enterprise. The envisaged object of deployment has a design decision from the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) with Reg. No. 015035762. The implementation of the design will require the purchase of the following equipment: a welding machine, a multifunctional current source for MIG/MAG welding, a laser welding, cutting and cleaning machine, and a magnetic drill. The expected results of the support under the procedure will be an increase in the share of „Hercu Export“ Ltd, resulting in an increase in innovation capacity and competitiveness. This will provide economic advantages both for the company and for the economic development of the South Central Region.

Дейност 1. Внедряване на продуктова иновация (стока или услуга) или иновация в бизнес процесите посредством придобиване на машини, съоръжения и оборудване, представляващи дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА) - ще бъде извършена чрез закупуване на ново машинно оборудване.: Като част от изпълнение на дейността е предвидено придобиване посредством закупуване, доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на следните производствени високотехнологични машини (ДМА), необходими за разширяване на иновационния капацитет в съществуващия стопански обект на „ХЕРКУ ЕКСПОРТ“ ЕООД.
Във връзка с имплементирането на по-развити технологии в производството, „ХЕРКУ ЕКСПОРТ“ ЕООД предвижда закупуването на заваръчно и пробивно оборудване, което да гарантира безпроблемното производство на мотокари с новия дизайн на шасито. Това ще гарантира разгръщане на производствения потенциал на предприятието чрез обогатяване на продуктовата гама, и същевременно подобрявайки качеството. Също така новото машинно оборудване ще подпомогне за увеличаването на капацитета и ефикасността на предприятието. Съответно закупуването на тези машини е дейност представляваща иновация в продуктите на предприятието, чрез която „ХЕРКУ ЕКСПОРТ“ ЕООД ще продължи да се развива.
