"NIKOLA SIMOV - 99" Ltd. is a company that produces a wide range of non-standard metal products and elements, according to individual orders and customer specifications: bunkers, augers, sheet metal parts for agricultural machinery, electrical panels, air ducts, flanges, vibrating tables, tubs, collectors, reducers, etc. The activity is carried out in its own base located on the territory of the city of Targovishte. Currently, the company uses compressor equipment with high energy consumption and limited efficiency, there is no thermal insulation of the roof structure, and part of the windows and exterior doors are depreciated and have high heat losses. The lighting system is outdated and energy-inefficient. All this leads to increased energy costs, energy losses and a high carbon footprint. To address these challenges and in accordance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", the project envisages the implementation of investments under the List of Eligible Assets: •purchase of 1 pc. screw compressor 15 kW with inverter control and built-in dryer •purchase of 1 pc. receiver 500 l; •purchase of energy-efficient sandwich panels for roof insulation - 300 sq. m; •replacement of external joinery - 40 sq. m •sectional door - 24 sq. m •double door - 5 sq. m; •construction of a new energy-saving LED lighting system, including industrial bells, linear fixtures, panels and street lights. The implementation of the project will contribute to a significant reduction in energy costs, will create an optimized production environment through the implementation of modern and highly reliable equipment, will improve thermal insulation and working conditions in the premises, while at the same time leading to increased energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emissions. The total investment value is 155,137.32 leva, and the duration of the project is 12 months.
