The project proposal of “DIRENT BG” Ltd. is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company’s new operational facility, used for the management and control of vehicle fleets. The building was commissioned in July 2023 and provides a modern workspace for the company’s employees and partners. To optimize energy consumption, reduce the carbon footprint, and—as a direct result—ensure a comfortable microclimate, the project envisages the implementation of the following high-efficiency systems and equipment: - air-to-water heat pump with a thermal capacity of 24 kW for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) production. The new system will ensure efficient energy exchange and eliminate the need for conventional, energy-intensive heating solutions. - high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures, including linear luminaires (6 units × 500 W) and recessed panel lights (“downlights”) (24 units × 200 W), providing uniform, high-quality illumination with low energy consumption and extended service life. - energy-efficient air coolers (4 units × 5 kW), ensuring balanced air cooling and ventilation with minimal energy use. - energy-efficient floor insulation system with a total area of 22 m², designed to reduce thermal losses and improve the overall energy performance of the building. The investment will contribute to reducing total energy consumption and ensuring a sustainable working environment in line with modern energy efficiency standards. The project implementation will support the company’s efforts toward improving energy efficiency and sustainable growth by creating an environmentally responsible and technologically advanced workspace. The project fully complies with the objectives of the procedure and the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, efficient use of energy resources, and the sustainable development of the business sector.
