Description

Eipril Stroy Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise with main economic activity under NACE code 41.20 – Construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company has a long-standing experience and a stable presence on the market.
The present project proposal aims to improve energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy sources through the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 55 kW, intended entirely for self-consumption. The implementation of the PVPP will be carried out in full compliance with all applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, while the project fully meets the mandatory minimum technical parameters set under the current procedure.

The planned investment will result in a tangible reduction of energy consumption from conventional sources, a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and an increase in the company’s competitiveness through more efficient use of resources. The project will have a positive environmental, economic, and social impact.
All project activities are fully aligned with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 – promotion of gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the project proposal fully complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle, as it does not include activities that could have an adverse impact on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
