The company "TSD" EOOD has its own warehouse and service base with an administrative part located in the village of Dalboki, municipality of Stara Zagora. Since the purchase of the former building in a farmyard 5 years ago, the company has invested a small part of its income in improving energy efficiency and reducing resource consumption and, due to urgent investments in production equipment. In order to achieve energy efficiency that meets modern criteria, the company has planned, through an investment procedure, to implement the necessary investments in the building, which will achieve energy efficiency comparable to a modern building. The project proposal will consist of two activities: 1.Perform construction and installation works to improve energy efficiency including: -Installation of a thermal insulation system from EPS – 140 sq.m. -Replacement of metal with PVC joinery – 39 sq.m. -Installation of a sectional industrial door – 15 sq.m. 2. Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own consumption with local energy storage facilities with a capacity of 10 kWp. As a result of the implementation of the planned activities under the project, the following results will be achieved: 1. Reduction of the share of electricity used produced from hydrocarbons by 40%. 2. Achieving energy independence of 40% of the company's energy consumption. 3. Annual saving of 0.1 tons of CO2 4. Improved microclimate for the company's employees and reduced energy consumption. 5. Increased competitiveness of the company due to reduced energy costs and increased employee productivity. 6. Climate sustainability and helping to achieve the goals of the European Green Deal. The target groups of the project are: 1. The company as a business unit, which increases its energy efficiency and energy independence. 2. Employees of the company, for whom they are provided with an improved working environment and a controlled microclimate.
