In compliancewith the objectives of this procedure, the project aims to introduce energy efficiency measures in Ruli Ltd. by using energy from renewable sources. It is planned to build a 30 kW photovoltaic power plant for its own needs, including installation of photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the power plant. In order to ensure the quality, efficient and timely implementation of the project, the following activities are envisaged: - Construction of a photovoltaic power plant; - Implementation of Communication and Visibility measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060; - Project management. The activities will be externalized and will go through the following stages: - Preparation and conduct of procedures for the selection of contractors; - Conclusion of contracts with the selected contractors; - Implementation of the contracts. Control over the implementation of the contracts and acceptance of the work will be carried out using the provisions of the applicable legislation, the terms of this procedure, as well as in accordance with the clauses of the contracts. As a result of the implementation of the project, improvement of energy efficiency and increase in the use of energy from renewable sources for own needs by Ruli Ltd. will be ensured, which will contribute both to increasing the competitiveness and reducing the energy intensity of the enterprise, and to the economy as a whole.
