ET "Ivan Slavov" was established in 1993 with its headquarter in the city of Sliven. The company's main activity is construction, repair and maintenance of cable and overhead lines, transformer stations and substations, uninterruptible power supply systems, street and park lighting. It has a rented warehouse and work base in one of the industrial districts of the city of Sliven and its own mechanization, which includes - excavators, aerial platforms, truck cranes, trucks and light trucks and auxiliary equipment. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of ET "IVAN SLAVOV" through investments in energy-efficient insulation systems in buildings and in renewable sources (Photothermal Power Plant) to accelerate the company's transition to climate neutrality, reduce the carbon footprint and optimize energy consumption. Specific objectives: to increase the use of renewable energy in the company's energy mix; to optimize the amount of electricity used; to reduce electricity costs; to achieve a lower cost of manufactured products; to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and to create prerequisites for the implementation of new investment intentions. The investment that the company will implement is in line with the requirements of the principle of "do no significant harm" to the environment and the achievement of climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the enterprise's activities. The project is fully consistent with the main objective of the project selection procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and will contribute to achieving specific object: RSO2.1. Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions (ERDF) of Priority: 2. Circular economy of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program 2021-2027, as well as to achieving specific object (i) promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which is one of the Policy Objectives set at the European level.
