The aim of this project proposal is to improve energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of the activities of IDEA HOME EOOD through investments in energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources. Within the framework of the project implementation, the following measures will be implemented according to the “List of eligible asset categories in the field of energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources” (Annex 4.1): 1. Installation of two recuperative ventilation units (1000 m³/h and 800 m³/h) 2. Installation of three high-efficiency heat pump systems 2.1. Air/air Split system (Qheat 28 kW) 2.2. Air/air multi-split system (5 units, Qheat 12 kW) - 2.3. Air/water heat pump (Qheat 18.4 kW) – for underfloor heating 3. Installation of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) – 30 kW 4. Installation of an additional battery for storing energy produced by the photovoltaic power plant (13 kWh) The planned project activities comply with the requirements of the principle of “no significant harm” to the environment and the achievement of climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the activities of enterprises. These investments will not only reduce the energy consumption costs in the company, but also demonstrate a commitment to sustainable construction and green technologies, compatible with national and European priorities in the field of energy efficiency. The implementation of the envisaged measures will also contribute to achieving the objectives of this procedure, namely to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and promote the use of energy from renewable sources (RE), thereby accelerating the transition of the private sector to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing RE in the energy mix of enterprises.
