The main activity of "RADINA ELIT" LTD is the production of custom-made furniture from solid wood and natural veneered MDF—oak, beech, cherry, ash, pine, linden, and walnut. The company specializes in the design, production, and installation of furniture for homes, hotels, restaurants, and offices. The current production process involves a significant consumption of electricity. The company strives to optimize energy usage with the goal of reducing harmful emissions released into the atmosphere. The present project is in fulfillment of the objectives of the procedure "Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Enterprises"—to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and encourage the use of renewable energy sources (RES), thereby accelerating the transition of the private sector toward climate neutrality. With a view to greater energy independence and transition to environmentally friendly activities, after conducting procedures for selecting a contractor, a PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT (INCLUDING SOLAR PANELS, INVERTERS, BATTERIES AND OTHER COMPONENTS NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE PLANT with an inverter power of 50 kW) will be built.To overcome the limitations to the company's future development, solar panels and electricity storage facilities will be installed. This will allow the company to use clean energy for its own needs and to store the surplus energy produced by the PVPP, using it during power outages and as a supplementary energy source. This will increase the efficiency of the overall energy production and storage system. The new PVPP will ensure stable energy supply, minimization of energy costs, and business continuity, which will make the company more competitive in the market. The investments under the procedure comply with the requirements of the "do no significant harm" principle to the environment and will contribute to the country's ecological transition.
