Planning region: All

Description

The project is aimed at significantly increasing the energy efficiency of the warehouse of "Rodopstroy-97" Ltd., located in the town of Momchilgrad. Currently, the building with an area of 1670 sq.m. is characterized by extremely high energy intensity, three times higher than the current standards, due to heat-conducting building materials and lack of modern thermal insulation solutions.
This project proposal aims to improve its technical characteristics through investment in measures to improve energy efficiency in the building's enclosing elements, which will contribute to reducing the energy intensity of the company's activities.

The construction and demolition work includes:
-Installation of a thermal insulation system from EPS - 850 sq.m.
-Installation of a thermal insulation system from XPS on the plinth - 100 sq.m.
-Replacement of metal joinery with PVC joinery - 60 sq.m.
-Replacement of metal joinery and doors with Aluminum joinery – 42 sq.m.

As a result of the implementation of the planned activities under the project, the following results will be achieved:
1. Improved microclimate for the company's employees and reduced consumption of energy resources for heating and cooling.
2. Increased competitiveness of the enterprise due to reduced energy costs and increased employee productivity.
3. Climate sustainability and achieving the ecological transition in the enterprise.
The target groups of the project are:
1. The enterprise as a business unit, which increases its resource efficiency and reduces its energy intensity.
2. Employees of the enterprise, for whom an improved working environment and a controlled microclimate are provided.
