Description

Exallto EOOD is an established company in the sector Manufacture of other special-purpose machinery (NACE-2008: 28.99), with a broad product portfolio in industrial automation, mechatronics, pneumatics, and laser technologies. The company designs and supplies high-tech solutions for the machinery sector, furniture industry, education, and industrial design, actively developing engineering services and system integration. In its production processes, compressed air plays a key role, being essential for pneumatic tools, presses, CNC machines, and automated lines.

Compressed air is one of the largest energy cost items in such industries – accounting for up to 25–30% of total electricity consumption. Existing compressor systems often suffer from high idle losses, unstable pressure, lack of centralized control, and insufficient drying efficiency. This leads to increased electricity bills, risk of technological defects, and reduced productivity.

The project proposal foresees investment in 2 compressors with inverter control (22 kW) and integrated air dryers, as well as the implementation of a centralized compressor management system. The new system will adapt operation to actual demand, optimize load distribution between compressors, and enable continuous energy monitoring.

Expected effects:

Energy: reduction of electricity consumption for the compressor system by 20–35%.

Economic: annual savings of thousands of BGN, reduced maintenance and defect costs.

Environmental: reduction of the carbon footprint by several dozen tons of CO₂ annually.

Social: improved working conditions and higher product quality.

The investment is sustainable in financial, technical, and environmental terms: reducing energy intensity, improving energy efficiency, lowering emissions, and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.
