Crab 2004 is a small company with over 20 years of experience in the production of professional kitchen and industrial equipment, operating in the city of Varna. The current project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 80 kWp for its own consumption, combined with an electricity storage system using batteries and a modern electricity consumption management system. The main objective of the project is to optimize the company's energy costs by reducing dependence on the electricity grid and increasing the sustainability of production processes. The installation will allow the storage of excess energy produced to be used during peak periods when consumption is higher, thus ensuring stability and continuity of production. The project includes the following components: Photovoltaic panels - high-efficiency panels designed to cover the current electricity consumption of the company. Energy storage system - Batteries are a key component for maximum use of the solar energy produced and ensuring a stable power supply. Intelligent energy management system – optimizes the production, storage and consumption of electricity, ensuring effective integration of renewable sources. Results: Significant reduction in electricity costs Reduction in the energy intensity of production processes Significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, which is in line with national and European policies on energy efficiency and renewable sources Improvement of the company's image as an innovative and environmentally responsible enterprise. The project is fully consistent with the goals of the energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and will contribute to the sustainable development of the company through the integration of innovative technologies for energy production and storage
