The current project envisages a comprehensive modernization of the energy infrastructure of Modul EOOD through investments in energy efficiency and introduction of renewable energy sources at three key locations in the city of Varna. The project includes the replacement of outdated air conditioning systems with high-efficiency air conditioning installations and the construction of two photovoltaic power plants with battery energy storage systems, intended entirely for own consumption. Two multi-split air conditioning systems with a total capacity of 26 kW will be installed at the production facility in the Vladislav Varnenchik residential complex, which will provide energy-efficient air conditioning for eight office vans used for administrative and operational activities. The same location will be equipped with a photovoltaic power plant, including 20 kW solar panels, a 20 kW inverter and 50 kW energy storage batteries, which will guarantee stable power supply and optimal utilization of the produced solar energy. The newly leased office space on Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard with a total area of 430 square meters will be provided with modern air conditioning through the installation of a multi-split system with a capacity of 23 kW for the smaller rooms and four column air conditioners with a total capacity of 60 kW for the spacious office space of 275 square meters. This investment will make it possible to fully utilize the leased space and will create an optimal working environment for the company's staff and clients. A second photovoltaic power plant with identic technical characteristics will be built in the Southern Industrial Zone of Varna - 20 kW solar panels, 20 kW inverter and 50 kW batteries, which will provide partial power supply from renewable sources for the administrative, warehouse and repair activities of this location.
