The Eliaz Bakery is a manufacturing enterprise with high energy intensity, driven by continuous processes requiring large amounts of electricity. The main challenges are high energy costs, dependence on external suppliers and price fluctuations. The need is to implement a sustainable and efficient solution for its own energy production. A photovoltaic system with inverters and a total capacity of 144 kW will be built within the project. It will provide part of the enterprise's electricity consumption, reducing dependence on the grid and improving the environmental profile of production. 1.Target groups: Direct target group – Eliaz Bakery and its employees. Indirect – consumers of the products and the local community, which will benefit from lower greenhouse gas emissions. 2.Objectives: Reducing energy costs through its own production from renewable energy sources. Improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the enterprise. Reduction of CO₂ emissions and contribution to the green transition. Increasing the competitiveness of "Eliaz". 3. Expected results: Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 144 kW built and put into operation. Reduction of grid consumption by 25–30%. Annual reduction of CO₂ by about 150 tons. Higher sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise. 4. Main activities: Preparatory studies and technical specifications. Delivery of panels, inverters and accompanying equipment. Installation, construction and connection to the internal network. Testing, commissioning and training of personnel. Information and publicity activities.
