A 42 kV photovoltaic power plant will be built on the roof of a building and adjacent buildings/land used for the company's activities. Additionally, two heat pumps will be purchased for better energy efficiency. The company's main activity is restaurant business, and the additional one is hotel business. The restaurant and the hotel are housed in this one building, with the restaurant occupying the first floor of the building. The building has a total area of 600 sq m. With the electricity produced and the purchased heat pumps, this building will be heated in winter and cooled in summer. All electrical appliances in the restaurant, as well as in the hotel, will also be powered.
